Here are some features of the basic meeting workspace:
- You can add and manage pages.
- On a page you can add recommended Web Parts like “Things to bring” which automatically creates a list in the background.
- Properties of a page can’t be viewed or edited.
- A page can be deleted.
The following lists and libraries are created by default:

You can also create or connect to an existing meeting workspace from Outlook:
The link to the meeting workspace is included in the appointment and can be deleted.
The meeting workspace itself as SharePoint site will remain if the link is deleted.
All of the meeting workspaces aren’t multilingual user interface (MUI) enabled: SharePoint language settings and regional settings.
